Styles and Techniques...
The following is a list of styles and techniques that Massage for Musicians has to offer. We have provided a short description of each so that you may familiarize yourself with the work we do.
Deep Tissue
Used to release chronic muscular tension, deep tissue massage is applied with greater pressure and on deeper muscles than classic Swedish massage.

Hypnotherapy
Like meditation and visualization, this is a method by which a qualified therapist can induce a positive mental state in an individual. Hypnosis is designed to generate a deep state of relaxation in which there is heightened receptivity to customized suggestions through the calm repetition of words, statements, and guided imagery. This is only for those who are serious about personal growth and goal accomplishment. Can also be used as a general relaxation technique. Helps to reduce anxiety, improve performance, and control pain.
